Essential Information
Best Time to Visit
September-December for best weather and wildlife activity. Indri can be seen year-round. Rainier January-March but forest is lush and vibrant.
Visa Requirements
Visa on arrival available for most nationalities at $37 USD for 30 days. Passport valid for 6 months required.
Health & Safety
Malaria risk is low in Andasibe highlands but prophylaxis recommended. Yellow fever certificate required if coming from endemic areas. Travel insurance mandatory.
